I design and ship complete products: an iOS app with its firmware, a SaaS platform with its database and its agents, a showcase site with its back office. From the first mockup to production, alone, with agents to keep the pace.

Cagnes Connectée — the whole city in one app
To live in their own city, a resident juggles ten applications: parking with a private operator, buses somewhere else, events across three Facebook pages, the town hall by phone. A single app replaces them all: pay for parking, follow the bus in real time, report a pothole and watch the roads department handle it, ask a municipal assistant how to sign a child up for school lunches. On the town hall side, a dashboard that finally shows the digital life of the city.

The foundation exists and runs: it is configured city by city — your colors, your name, your services, your data. Once the events calendar, the news, the bus stops and the parking zones have been handed over, your town has its application in under four weeks.

The platform that runs Pasto: clients, projects, quotes, communications. An agent with 19 tools works in it continuously — and asks for human approval before every sensitive action. It is the workshop’s own workshop.
